Disney Villa, is a perfect brand new home (built June 2004) and is an ideal place for families, golf fans and shopaholics. Centrally situated just off US highway 27 and 5 minutes from Interstate 4, Disney Villa is just minutes away from Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and a host of other Orlando attractions and shopping possibilities. Golfing, fishing, air-boat rides, supermarkets, petrol (gas) stations, restaurants and much more are all nearby. This beautiful air-conditioned home, can sleep up to 10 persons in 2 queen-sized bedrooms, both with cable TV and 2 twin bedded rooms, both with cable TV, with a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. The spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, has a 32 inch cable TV with 98 channels; DVD player with movies; Playstation 2 system (2 controllers and games included); Hi-Fi stereo with CD's supplied. Also all local and international calls to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe and Internet access are all FREE!! from Disney Villa. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and a third shared between the twin bedrooms. One of the bathrooms doubles as a useful shower room and toilet with access from the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with ice maker, cooker, microwave and dishwasher, which leads to the dining room with views over the peaceful Calabay Parc community. In addition there is a separate utility room with a full size washer and dryer. Through the patio doors (guarded by decals of Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore for your added safety), you will find the extended lanai and 28ft x 14ft, south facing pool. There is plenty of room for sunbathing on the patio furniture supplied or simply relax and have a cool drink under the shaded lanai with ceiling fan. The pool can be surrounded by a child safety fence for your families convenience. There is a pool light which can be illuminated for night time swimming!
