The property is laid out as a Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa featuring a Queen Master suite and second Queen Room. The three other bedrooms are laid out as twin rooms. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a vacation home from home. Situated for easy access to the parks and all other attractions – it is close enough to the action but still in a peaceful community. There is a formal dining room, a breakfast area, another double bedroom and 3 twin-bedded rooms. There are 2 additional bathrooms, a games room (with Pool table/Table Soccer/PS2 and seating area) and a huge 38 ft screened private heated pool - which has been fenced for privacy and security reasons.
