Our lovely villa sits on one of the largest corner lots in the community and features a large fully-tiled family room with Cable TV (more than 250 channels), Multi-region DVD and Video, several books, CD's and DVD's. Other facilities include telephone (with free calls throughout the US and Canada), fully equipped kitchen - with dishwasher, large oven/hob, Microwave and large fridge-freezer. The master suite has cable TV and a large luxury en-suite bathroom. There is a formal dining room, a breakfast area, another double bedroom and 3 twin-bedded rooms. There are 2 additional bathrooms, a games room (with Pool table/Table Soccer/PS2 and seating area), Desktop PC with free fast, fibre-optic internet access with WiFi and a huge 38 ft screened private heated pool - which has been fenced for privacy and security reasons. The living area should comfortably sit all the guests thereby ensuring that you can all watch TV/DVD at the same time should you desire. The pool area has a patio table, chairs and loungers and a gas BBQ - everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday with family or friends! The villa also benefits from a secure 6 ft privacy fence at the rear thus ensuring that you can swim or sunbathe in absolute privacy unlike the majority of properties in Orlando. We accept most forms of payment - including personal cheques, Postal/Money Orders, Wire transfer and even PayPal.
