We are located in the newly-built, prestigious Orange Tree community of Orlando, ten miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses and other attractions that Orlando has to offer. The Orange Tree community nestles in an area of beautiful orange groves and offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and children's play areas, which are all located within a 100 yards from the house. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away. We personally selected this home because of its privacy (no other properties overlooking you in the pool), its wonderful views and extra large garden. The POOL overlooks the conservation area, to the rear of the property, which is full of fragrant pine trees, birds, and other wildlife, just the place to sit back and relax. The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms to open out onto the large fully screened lanai and paved pool deck which has a removable child protection fence around the optionally heated pool. The pool deck is fitted with lighted ceiling fans, for those balmy evenings, sun loungers and table and chairs.
