Completed in October 2005.
The Solana community incorporates a gated entrance and fenced perimeter for enhanced security. It also features a clubhouse with snack bar, cyber cafe with internet access, also wireless access in the lounge area. There is a gym, and a communal pool/ spa, kids play area, sand volleyball and sports facilities.
The community is located in the 'Golden Triangle', situated on the SR27, between the '192' and the I4 Freeway. The community is situated about 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and the shopping areas on the 192. Slightly further up the I4 is Universal Studios and Sea World as well as many further shopping malls.
The villa itself consists of 5 Bedrooms, and is over 2300 sq ft in size.
Master Bedroom 1 has a 'king sized' bed, and the en suite will feature a large 'tub' bath and large shower area. Master Bedroom 2 also has an en suite. The remaining three bedrooms are one double and two twin beds. There are also two further family bathrooms.
The villa sleeps a maximum of twelve people.
The villa has a large Family Area and there is also a separate Dining Room and Games Room.
The villa comes fully equipped for all your needs, including free use of stroller, cot, stair gate, baby alarm and highchair.
From the Kitchen/ Breakfast Area, double doors lead out to a covered lanai and the extended deck area around our large private pool. Attached to one end of this is a Spa. These can be heated for the cooler months (heating charges apply). There is ample pool side furniture, and an Electric BBQ is also provided. The doors out to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. In additon there is child safety fencing across the pool side area.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.
