Villa Margarita is a luxury villa situated on the wonderfully tranquil and secure gated lakeside community of 'The Sanctuary at West Haven.'The preserved wetlands are a perfect location for bird watchers and naturelovers alike. Here you can expect to see Cranes, Blue Heron, Osprey and even the occasional American Bald eagle. This is a small community just minutes from the renowned ''Greg Norman'' designed golf courses at ''Champions Gate'' and within easy reach of all theme parks (15 mins from Disney) and all amenities so you have the opportunity to make this vacation as hectic or peaceful as you wish. The exterior has been professionally landscaped with beautifully paved paths at the entrance to the villa and the driveway. Panelled double doors open to an entrance foyer connecting to 1845 sq ft of luxurious air conditioned living space which includes. An open plan lounge and dining area has been tastefully furnished in typical Floridian style with queen sleeper and love seat, dining table with 6 chairs, breakfast table with 4 chairs, fully fitted kitchen area with all fixtures such as large ice making fridge, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal etc, etc. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble drier. A master bedroom with walk in robes and full en suite facilities including bath, walk in shower in glass enclosure, w.c., his and hers wash hand basins fitted into vanity units with large mirrors and over lighting. A double bedroom has sole use of a seperate bathroom and two twin bedrooms share one further bathroom. All have equally luxurious fixtures and fittings. The pool area has a large illuminated covered dining area with ceiling fan and a fantastic pool with underwater lighting set in an extended deck area. The deck has been extended to allow the furniture to be positioned to get sunshine all day long and the large lanai provides shade if you prefer. The whole area is fully enclosed in an aluminium framed mesh screen which keeps out the bugs but still allows the sunshine in. The pool can be heated during the colder months. All bedrooms have cable television A Games table has been installed in the garage providing Pool, Air Hockey, Table tennis, Foosball, Skittles, Backgammon etc. Magnetic Darts board is also provided. DVD, Videa Player and stereo CD and radio is provided in the lounge area. Everything is provided, from towels to bedding and spoons to corkscrews, all you need to bring is your family. Our villa is available from only $810 per week plus tax in low season.
