Built in 2003, Pelican Cove is fully air conditioned, light and spaceous - 1,650 sq ft - sleeps 8 people in total comfort, and is ideal for family gatherings. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday including a free travel cot and high chair for our youngest visitors. The kitchen and laundry room contain range, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridg/freezer with cold water dispenser,lots of cutlery and crockery, large automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board - and lots more. The dining table seats 8 and there are also 3 bar stools. Each bedroom has a 76 channel TV, plenty of wardrobe space, bedding and towels. One of the twin bedrooms also contains a VCR. The main bedroom suite which has a walk-in wardrobe with wall safe, large luxury bathroom with double vanity unit, large oval bath, separate shower and toilet also has a sliding door straight onto the pool deck. The pool and spa may be heated if you wish, and there is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax. We have a safety net around the pool area which may remain in place or be easily opened and moved for your convenience. The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, side tables and lamps, and a sliding door straight into the pool deck porch. The pool area faces west, has sunshine up until the very last minute of the day, and Florida's most stunning sunsets are best viewed from here with a long cold drink in hand!
