Our Orlando Villa is only 6 miles from Disney World and close to Orlando and Kissimmee. It is a very spacious, fully air conditioned Disney area vacation home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms and a private pool and terrace which looks out onto a lake and grassed areas. There is a large lounge with dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area and a comfortable family room with patio doors to the pool terrace. The family room has Cable TV/ VCR/ DVD player, PS2 console, 2 controllers and a selection of PS2 games. Movies, books and games are also supplied. There is a separate Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board and free use of a Gas BBQ Grill. The excellent communal facilities at The Palms are free to guests and include tennis courts, basketball, swimming pool and childrens' play area. Our lovely Florida Villa is the ideal place to relax after a busy fun filled day. The Palms is on Highway 27 less than 10 miles from the junction with the I4 exit #55 and only 6 miles from Walt Disney World and extremely close to both Orlando and Kissimmee. With easy access to both the 192 and the I4 it is perfectly positioned for visiting all the major attractions including the theme parks, water parks, shopping malls, designer outlets, numerous excellent restaurants and all the brilliant night time activities. There are many excellent and challenging golf courses in Central Florida including Greg Norman's famous one at Champions' Gate, Celebration and the one at Highland's Reserve and they are all less than a ten minute drive. Our Florida holiday home is beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and is fully equipped to make this your ideal home away from home.
