Our vacation rental home is a 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is a separate bathroom for the rest of the household to use. The two double bedrooms both sleep 2 people, and as with the master bedroom, have ample walk-in closet space. A cot is provided (no extra cost) for families with young children. The lounge sofa converts into a double bed, so the apartment will sleep 8 people with ease. The apartment is fully furnished, and contains an equipped and fitted kitchen, including oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double sink and breakfast bar if you ever decide that you want to eat in. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for those of you who just can't relax on vacation. The living area is very spacious, and is divided into an open plan lounge and dining area with a cathedral ceiling and small patio. There is a colour television and video in the lounge, as well as colour TVs in two of the bedrooms. The apartment has full Air Conditioning, which is pre-set to a comfortable temperature, as well as ceiling fans for additional circulation in some rooms. There is also a gated communal swimming pool, with key access for residents only (approximately 75 yards from the apartment), with toilet facilities. All families staying in the apartment have full use of the amenities, providing they respect the facilities and observe the rules posted. We also ask that people staying in our vacation home, please treat it with respect and report any damage at once to our maintenance company
