The villa was built in 2002. It is close to Disney,shops,supermarkets,restaurants,internet cafe and a major hospital. On US27 it is 3 minutes from the I4 and the 192 and Champions Gate is only a 3 minute drive. The villa is fully equipped and the pool is electrically heated to temperature in the high 80's. There are wheelchair ramps for front door and pool deck patio door, swimming pool rails, grab handles and adjustable seat in the walk in shower and a toilet rail. An electric scooter is also available to rent. It can be disassembled and reassembled in under one minute and fits in the trunk of all cars. The heaviest part is lighter than a standard wheel chair. Maximum user weight is 260lbs(18st 8lbs) or 118kg. Our management company are on permanent call for any assistance that's required. You can drive from Tampa airport in well under an hour.
