This villa is the ideal place to spend your holiday in Florida. With 2 double and 2 twin rooms plus a sofa bed it can sleep any number of guests up to 10. The large family room with kitchen dining and living space makes for a sociable atmosphere.There is a large flat screen screen HDTV in this room but to take full advantage of all the cable channels available, all the bedrooms have their own TV. As a bonus in the Great room we have an added HD package - with 78 HD channels with some Free on Demand content. There is also an i-pod dock so take your music with you. Patio doors lead to the screened pool and spa complete with sun loungers, patio furniture and pool toys - the perfect place to relax. It looks magical in the dark with the lights on! We have added to the deck area beyond the pool and added extra loungers so that it is one of the few pools in the area that you can sit all the way round. Planting has been enhanced to provide privacy and provide colour and interest all year round.The pool can be heated if required during the cooler months (advise at time of booking). The pool safety fence stops small children entering the pool by mistake. The master suite with American king size bed includes a walk in wardrobe and a huge bathroom with shower and corner bath plus separate toilet. The second double has a queen size bed and is next to a full bathroom. The twin rooms share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom between them. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with the full cable line-up. The furnishings have been chosen to reflect the tropical nature of Florida and have hand picked acessories and pictures. The kitchen has all the appliances you need including the all important ice maker for the drinks. As an added convenience the property has a lock box for your key with a code that will be sent to you on receipt of final payment. No more trekking off in the opposite direction to get a key from a management company with a car full of very tired children. Our security alarm can be used in two modes-whilst you are away from the villa or in home mode which gives an audible alarm if doors are opened - a useful feature if you have children in your party. The management company is available 24 hours a day if you need any help. You are really close to loads of restaurants (some with the famous all you can eat buffets) and takeaways. If you want to cook there is plenty of crockery and cutlery and produce is available at both the Walmart and Publix supermarkets nearby. You can even barbeque on the deck as we provide an electric barbeque (no gas bottles to run out)- what a perfect way to end your day. GAMES ROOM - Pool,Foosball, table tennis, table hockey, electronic basketball. Ask for details. AVAILABLE - Free Broadband internet connection - take your laptop/notebook and keep in touch, book tickets etc. All for same price. Long distance calling to all of North America and a package that includes most of Europe - details in the villa. CHILDREN - Free use of pack and play cribs, high chairs, changing mat, bed rail and door gate.They can also have a choice of Disney Princess or Toy Story bedding - ask for this at time of booking. Highgate Park is a gated community and in addition the Home Owners Association has a regular paid security patrol by the local police department who are able and willing to help guests if need be. We take your safety and security very seriously.
