Our Florida Villa is a single storey four-bedroom/two bathroom home with it's own private swimming pool. The family/living room is ideal for relaxing after a hard day at Disney. The large patio doors give a good view of the pool. There is a separate dining room at the front of the house for that more formal dinner. The master bedroom is en suite with a king size bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The en suite bathroom includes a single sink vanity unit, a separate shower and a toilet. It too, has access to the patio and pool. The other three bedrooms comprise twin & double-bedded rooms. The second bathroom has a single vanity unit with it's own toilet and combined shower bath. The swimming pool is completely screened to keep the bugs out and is surrounded by a good amount of cool decking, ideal for that all-important Florida suntan. The swimming pool has an electric heater* for those cooler winter days. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the large, double garage, along with the pool table, electronic basketball and air-hockey games – ideal for keeping the little ones occupied! Our villa is situated just 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World, 30 minutes from Orlando airport and 45 minutes from Sanford airport.
