Our Davenport Vacation Rental Villa near Disney is more like your home than a rental property and is situated on the exclusive gated Solana Resort community. This house is unique as it has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are mastersuites, 3 have Kingsize beds and 2 have Queensize beds. The 6th bedroom is our Childrens Disney bedroom. The house sleeps up to 15 guests and has 3300 sq ft of executive living space. The house has been furnished to an exceptional standard. The house is on a plot which has a south facing 30ft pool, spa and extra decking 40ft x 30ft. There are sunloungers, tables and chairs. The pool area is private. The bedroom layout of the house is as follows. Bedroom 1 - Mastersuite, Kingsize bed Bedroom 2 - Mastersuite, Kingsize bed Bedroom 3 - Mastersuite, Kingsize bed Bedroom 4 - Mastersuite, Queensize bed Bedroom 5 - Mastersuite, Queensize and twin beds, sleeps 3 Bedroom 6 - Disney childrens bedroom, triple bunks sleeps 3 There is a living room with two leather sofa's and a 52" colour TV, entertainment unit with DVD, VCR and CD player. We have just upgraded and added high speed wireless internet access and the latest telephone system so you get free unlimited calls anywhere in the US and Canada. There is a family room with two leather sofa's and a formal dining room. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a centre island and nook area with a table and chairs. There is a laundry room and a fully furnished Gamesroom with a fullsize 8ft pool table and two sofa's. Every bedroom has a TV, the kingsize bedrooms have 19" TV's and the other bedrooms have 13" TV's. All linens are provided, every bathroom has a hairdryer and we provided high chairs and cots. Solana Resort has a magnificent clubhouse that has been furnished and made to an exceptional standard. There is a reception area, formal sitting area's to relax, a gym, internet room, gamesroom and arcade, outdoor heated pool, hottub, putting green, soccer field and a playarea for the children. The house is 10/15 minutes from Disney and other major attractions. There are many Golf courses located very close by including the world famous Championship gate and Reunion. You really will be living in luxury if you choose our executive 6 bedroom Solana villa for your Disney vacation.
