The villa has been fully equipped with an Executive furniture package, using carefully selected colours and fabrics. There are four bedrooms (each sleeping two), two at the front of the villa sharing a bathroom, and two at the rear, (one of which is the master), each with their own bathroom. The master features a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and walk-in shower. A large lounge with formal dining area, a fully fitted/equipped luxury kitchen with bar and breakfast area and a utility room with washer and dryer complete the spacious accommodation, and separate the two sleeping areas.
Patio doors off the lounge and master bedroom lead to the fully screened 14’ x 28’ south facing pool (heating can be provided in the cooler months), accentuated by a raised, lighted Spa. At the rear a purpose built “burm” (grassy bank) provides screening for the property. Deluxe patio furniture (table, chairs and recliners) provide the opportunity to relax by the pool and enjoy outdoor dining - undercover if cool and shade are required.
