The South-Facing Pool has been extended to 14 feet by 32 feet, there is also an extended covered lanai area to shade from the sun, as well as an pool deck which has also been extended to 21 feet by 40 feet. The heated Spa can hold up to six persons. All Bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD or TV/Video and clock radios. Family room has 65 inch wide-screen Cable TV, Video and DVD. Game room has a TV and PlayStation II with latest games as well as an 8 foot Pool Table and Ping Pong Table. A selection of books and DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment. There is also a hifi in the living room. Loads of Baby equipment and Wireless Broadband access is also supplied please ask for details. The phone can be used for local calls but for all long distance and international calls you will need to buy a phone card which is easy to do at any supermarket. This house is ideal for large families or groups. With 7 bedrooms 14 people are accomodated. Sorry but we do not allow Smoking in our Villa. The pool area can be used for Smoking ashtrays can be found in the pantry. We also do not allow Pets or BBQs. The downstairs of the house can be accessed by a wheelchair easily. A safety fence surrounds the pool area for your child’s safety in mind. There also door alarms to detect opening and closing of the patios doors. With safety in mind our home is protected by ADT alarm system. Our management company company is not too far away and is contactable 24 hours a day if you have any problems.
