Tuscan Hills is a secure gated community, with extensive landscaping, located in Davenport on highway 27, close to highway 192, and only minutes from Interstate 4. This gives you access to all the main traveling routes in central Florida, with Orlando Airport and Sanford Airport just 35 minutes and 55 minutes easy drive to our villa. Being newly built, the villa offers everything that you would expect from a rental villa. 1 King master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1 Queen master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 2 Twin bedrooms, one with TV, with a shared bathroom. Crib and High Chair available at no extra charge Free High Speed Internet Free access to the clubhouse Games room with Pool and foosball (table top football) tables. We are sorry, but PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED The kitchen has everything a modern property has to offer including a large range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Linen and towels are provided at no additional cost. The pool has the added benifit of a spa, neither of which are overlooked by other properties. West facing, it is possible to sit out late into the evening watching the sun disappear. And should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can sit in the shade in our covered lanai, or come back inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and keep at a cool and constant temperature. Smoking is not allowed in the villa, but is allowed outside in the pool area. It is less than a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios with its 2 theme parks and Sea World. Within 1/2 mile of Tuscan Hills, along US Highway 27, there are shops and restaurants, with the new Poisener Center Mall nearby. For golf lovers a 5 minute drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius if this is not enough ! On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with Gym and internet access. While externally there are Tennis Courts, Children's Tot Lot, and Beach Volley Ball Court.
