Part of the deck is roofed over to provide shade if you should need it. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool, watching the sun go down and the evening wildlife come out from the nearby lake. Or head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby,..... or go back to Disney for the evening firework display !
The house has air conditioning /central heating, in over 2,300 square feet of living area. Therefore all the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own 32" TV, DVD, video, radio, and CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games suitable for all ages available. All the TVs in the house (6 in all) are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. There is wireless internet access availale for your laptop. The large very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and chairs opens on to the family room and has its own breakfast table and chairs. There is a separate area with a washing machine and tumble drier. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat 6 if you chose to eat inside instead of out doors on the patio.
Downstairs has an en-suite master bedroom with king bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom, with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a queen bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. The Mickey Mouse room has the Playstation 2 set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bathrooms have showers. Cots are available on request and bedding is provided in the house.
The pool area, as well as having the large pool also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. Pool heating is available on request. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan. The patio table seats 6 with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Families with young children need not worry about pool safety -there is a secure pool fence and alarmed patio door to prevent accidents.
