PATIO/POOL AREA screened 26' x 13' optionally heated swimming pool is ideal for a relaxing swim in the Florida sun. Plenty of room for resting on the sun loungers or eating alfresco at the patio table and chairs. The covered lanai provides some welcome shade. OUTSIDE a lovely view of the lake. OUR VACATION VILLA IS CARED FOR BY A LOCAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO CAN BE CONTACTED FOR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES OR EXTRA CLEANING TO ENSURE YOUR STAY IS AS RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE. HIGH CHAIR AND PORTABLE CRIB ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUR YOUNGEST GUESTS. WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT SMOKE IN THE VILLA FOR THE COMFORT OF OTHER GUESTS AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE PETS.
