The exterior offers luxuries only found in top hotels in and around Orlando. Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location, close to a conservation area. Just 12 minutes from Disney and close to all other major attractions. On-site amenities are less than 1 minute walk from the apartment. These include a large heated pool with terrace area and plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, jacuzzi, beach volleyball, clubhouse with fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, luxury seating with 56 inch plasma TV; as well as a gym and games room with pool table, table football and touch screen games consoles. At the end of a busy day relax in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing dip in the pool. If you still have energy, enjoy a workout in the gym. Alternatively, sit on your own private patio, overlooking the lawns and enjoy the tranquility. We own two ground floor apartments just 50 yards apart. The 2 bedroom is 1276 sq ft and sleeps 4/6. The 4 bedroom is 1695 sq ft and sleeps 8/10, providing accommodation for up to 16 guests if required. Both are wheelchair friendly and have ample storage space for strollers, wheelchairs etc. We love staying at our Florida homes - we’re sure you'll love them too. Our management company is just 10 mins away and their helpful staff will provide any assistance required. All linen is provided (including towels & pool/beach towels). The apartment/condo is cleaned and linen changed between each rental. ACCOMODATION DETAILS Bedrooms: Master bedroom - king sized bed with bedside tables & lamps, en-suite and walk-in dressing room, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, phone and TV. Bedroom 2 - twin beds with bedside table & lamp, fitted wardrobe, en-suite and ceiling fan. Double sofa bed in lounge for 2 additional guests. Bathrooms: Master has en-suite with twin basins, walk-in double shower, wc, bath with shower, hairdryer. Twin en-suite has basin, wc, hairdryer, bath with shower. Kitchen: Fully fitted and well-equipped with cooker, halogen hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast bar (2 chairs). Also includes electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, blender, can opener, full cutlery and cooking utensils. Safe. Utility: Spacious with washer, dryer, iron+board, vacuum cleaner. Living rooms: Large, bright, open-plan lounge/dining room (table & 4 chairs), 2 sofas, coffee table, 2 occasional tables, ceiling fan, cable TV/DVD, internet access and phone. Door leading to private patio with outdoor table and 4 chairs overlooking lawns.

Prices are for the properties per week in UK Pounds. We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal, cheque or bank transfers in all currencies. Extra 5% discount if both apartments are booked at the same time. Contact us about last minute discounts. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure a booking and a the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. A £150 security deposit is required to cover damage and breakages.
