The White House offers Presidential Luxury in accommodation with a Tropical Poolside Setting. The extra large 40’x20’x9’ pool is ideal for the enthusiastic swimmer and is one of largest pools in the area. Enjoy the end of a day by watching the many wonderful Florida Sunsets under our Unique Tiki Hut Bar with its hand carved totem poles. ”We Live on the sunny side” our house on Dahlia Reserve in the lovely new development of Crescent Lakes looks across at one of the many lakes and backs on to Reedy Creek Nature Reserve an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil to insure your privacy and relaxation. Our property is fully air-conditioned converting to heating if the nights get too cool. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and sitting rooms as well as a gas logged featured fireplace. Several telephones and a fax machine, the main telephone is portable with an answer machine, local calls are free. Safety features include an electric alarm system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and child safety alarms are fitted to all doors and windows leading to the pool and a safe for your valuable. The front door has a spy viewer and intercom / music system, which allows you to pipe music of your choice throughout the house including out by the pool. A double bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs, making it suitable for the elderly and disabled, who would find getting upstairs difficult. We are currently in the process of completing our Games Room to include a full size Pool Table, Dart Board, Air Hockey Table, Ping Pong Table, Sony Playstation 2 and other recreational equipment available to purchase at the time. There is also a selection of Board Games, Toys, Books, Videos, Playstation Games and CD’s. In our kitchen you will find every convenience for your use whether you are planning a simple or a-la-carte meal for your family or friends. All the necessary crockery, glassware, cutlery and plastic patio plates, jugs and glasses for use out by the pool. Including a kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster with plenty of cutting boards to use on the corian counters. A great doublesided fridge/freezer with an icemaker that dispenses crushed or cubed ice as well as chilled water. The oven has a ceramic top and is self-cleaning. We also have a built in microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The dining nook is furnished with a large round table and chairs with bar stools at the counter. The formal dining room has the view of the front of the house and looks across at one of the many lakes in the area. The Master Bedroom has been beautifully decorated with a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in closet with a safe. The luxury En-Suite has a walk in shower, separate toilet and large roman tub for 2, with his and her marbled vanities, a telephone, hair dryer with the piped music is perfect to unwind and pamper yourself. The other upstairs bedrooms include a queen and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms have top quality pillowtop mattresses with absolute comfort in mind. The upstairs lounge has cable TV and video and is a perfect place to retreat away from the family and is ideal to relax and enjoy that book you keep meaning to read. Our family room offers the utmost in comfort with leather reclining sofas and chairs. The entertainment unit has cable TV with a selection of videos. For your listening pleasure a stereo that holds 5 CDs. We even have a gas logged fireplace for the rare chilly night. The large glass doors lead out onto our tropical paradise. A tropical setting has been created with pool planters that have been planted with tropical palm trees and plants and an oversized multi-level deck area. Enjoy our extra large 40’x20’x9’ deep pool with its fountains and separate spillway. For your extra enjoyment we have a wonderful raised hot tub/spa comfortably seating 8 people beside a semi-secluded raised deck area. There are water toys that will keep you and your children having fun for hours with plenty of beach towels and sun loungers for relaxing and topping up your tan all within a large screen enclosure which allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out. The pool not only benefits from underwater coloured lighting we have also added the feature of fibre optic lighting for night-time effects. This fabulous lighting display can be selected to change the pool to one of 8 pre-selected colours or you can enjoy the display as the colours rotate through a sequence of colours. A unique feature to our home is our authentic tiki hut bar with its palm leaf roof and original carved totem-poles sit up at the bar with your favourite drink and unwind after your day at the theme parks with a drink by the pool. Just close your eyes and imagine you are in Florida staying in our house, the weather is hot and sunny you and your family are out by the pool, the kids our laughing splashing in and out of the pool, your wife is feeling relax and carefree enjoying the luxurious spa, and you are sitting up at the bar with your favourite drink, while the jacket potatoes and steak is cooking on the gas barbeque, or it's the same scene but at night and you have the fibre optic lighting around the pool on, it really is "as good as it gets".
