It has the convinience of being minutes away from Disney Theme Parks, shopping, restaurants and golf courses. Couples or families with both young and older children will appreciate the great location and exceptional comforts of 'Lake Berkley Villa'. It is much more spacious than most three-bedroomed villas, with 1650 square feet of open living space. Therefore offering more than enough room for your party to spread out *************** LOCATION The villa is located on the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort which is an exclusive gated community which is manned by a security gaurd 24 hours per day 7 days per week. On driving into the resort you will see how beautifullly kept everything is, all gardens and grassed areas are maintained at the same time every week! Which gives the entire resort a well groomed look. Lake Berkley Resort houses a gym, tennis court, volleyball court, three private fishing lakes a nature trail, man-made beach, children's play area, communal pool, all for your use at no extra cost. Disney World Resort is just a 10 minute drive away, all shops, restaurants, bars, entermainment such as medieval times themed dinner show, mini golf, airboat rides and horse riding to name but a few are all located within 2 minutes of 'Lake Berkley Villa' on Hwy 192. There is also a 'supersize' 24 hour Walmart store within 1 minutes drive. *************** THE VILLA Entry to 'Lake Berkley Villa' is by coded key pad, hence there is no bother of having to go elsewhere to collect keys. On entering the villa you will walk into the lovely living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and skylights. As you walk further you will come into the spacious longe/family area which contains a 30 inch television with cable, dvd/vhs combo player, cd player and telephone. The lounge/familiy room looks out through a patio window onto the pool area and deck. The kitchen is to the right of the lounge and is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. To the rear of the kitchen is the breakfast area, here you will find a table and chairs that will sit four people. There is a utlity room which houses a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacum. 'Lake Berkley Villa' is fully air conditioned/ heated in all rooms, and every room has its own ceiling fan. The master bedroom contains a queensize bed, walk-in closet, telephone and has its own tv with cable and dvd/vhs combo player. The bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, w.c and twin vaniy basins. The pool area can also be accessed via the en-suite bathroom, allowing you to shower after enjoying the pool without having to walk through the house. The second bedroom also contains a queensize bed, its own tv with cable and dvd/vhs player and also has a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above and wardrobe. The second bathroom is split between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and has a shower/bath, w.c, and single vanity basin. **************** THE POOL 'Lake Berkley Villa' has a fabulous 28 by 15 foot heated pool. It also has a sepaerate in ground jetted spa/jacuzzi. The pool is fully screened, there is a shaded patio area for those who require a break from the sun but do not want to go inside! Pool furniture is provided around the deck area and includes sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol swing. For those guests with babies and very young children, a cot, baby walker and high chair are all availiable in the villa free of charge. 'Lake Berkley Villa' has very recently been re-carpeted from wall to wall throughout. Unlike many Orlando villas which have had their garage converted into a 'games room', the double garage is available for your use so you don't have to put up with a really hot car each morning. *************** 'Lake Berkley Villa' is not a budget property.
