Sunset Villa is a beautifully furnished, fully air-conditioned, spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that has two large master suites, making it ideal for an extended family or two families traveling together. The private screened pool with attached kiddies splash pool has a beautiful lake view and the front of the house has a conservation view. The home is located in Sunset Lakes, a well established and gated community set around two natural lakes: a prime position which is only 3.5 miles from Disney and convenient for all the major attractions. Shopping and dining are minutes away as are top-class golf and fishing. In addition to the private pool Sunset Lakes has its own community swimming pool and a children’s playground. Both master bedrooms have queen-sized beds and cable TVs: both have beautiful lake views, one has a private balcony and the other has sliding doors leading to the pool and lanai. Of the three other bedrooms, one has a double (full) sized bed and two bedrooms have twin beds. The home comfortably sleeps 10. This tasteful home has an open plan living room with TV/VCR/DVD/Hi-fi with iPod docking and X-box. There is a formal dining room and the well-equipped kitchen has a full cooking range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, a breakfast bar and a cosy breakfast nook overlooking the lake and pool area. A separate laundry room has a washer, drier and ironing facilities. Wi-fi internet access is available for guests who wish to take a lap-top. All towels and linens are provided. A selection of books, games, films and CDs are available for guest use and there is an arcade-type basketball game in the garage. A cot (crib), a stroller and a high-chair are provided. The home has a two car garage and off-road parking for a further two cars. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.
