Located in North Davenport just 7 miles/12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, the Regal Palms resort's overall design incorporates a 2 acre Water Park set in tropical landscaped surroundings with 2 large heated pools, Waterslide, Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/Spa & Waterfalls. Hot enough to swim in all year round! There is also an extensive sun bathing terraces to relax on and a Children's Play Area for the little ones! Our beautiful, quiet 4 Bedroom/3½ Bathroom fully air conditioned Executive House comprises a covered Entrance Porch, Entrance Hall, a large Living Room & Dining area with remote control cable TV, telephone, fully equipped Kitchen, downstairs bathroom & separate Laundry Room (with washing machine & tumble dryer). The 4 bedrooms comprise two Master bedrooms (one upstairs on the first floor with double King-size bed, & one downstairs on the ground floor with double Queen-size bed) & two twin bedrooms (both upstairs on the first floor) with 2 large single beds in each. The first Master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a bath & shower for extra relaxation, balcony, cable TV, walk-in wardrobe, & floor safe for your valuables. The second Master bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom double size wardrobe. The 2 twin bedrooms have double size wardrobes & share one bathroom. All rooms throughout the house have ceiling fans for extra comfort. Features of the house include all Linen & Towels, Hair Dryer, Electric Oven & Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer with Ice maker, built in Sink Waste Disposal Unit, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, 4 piece Toaster, Electric Can Opener, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, Iron & Ironing Board, Vacuum Cleaner, Covered Porch & Balcony, The beauty of our property is that it is located in the private resort of Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve. The Clubhouse features a convenient on-site 24 hour/7 day per week Reception & Check-In desk, and includes a large Restaurant, with terrace service onto the Poolside Patio, Sports Bar with satellite TV. There is a Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, and a dozen other video games, & Internet Cafe with 4 workstations or ADSL broadband wireless internet connection. Need a Work-Out or just pampering? Try the Gym which also has another large indoor heated Jacuzzi/Spa, the Sauna, the Steam Room and a Health Center . There is also a convenient concierge service providing information regarding attraction tickets, golfing, shopping and much more. Golfers? The superb Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located right next door and discounts are offered to Regal Palms guests.
