The Home. Completed in late 2004, offering luxury accommodation for up to 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, 2 walk in closets and a luxury bathroom with his and hers washbasins, large shower cubicle, 2 person tub and a separate WC. The second master has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. The 2 twin rooms share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. A comfortable double sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodation and cots are available. The “Great Room” with its high vaulted ceiling has a spacious, bright and airy feel. The comfortable lounge and dining areas are furnished to deluxe standard and the kitchen is very fully equipped including a large range oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer and generous supplies of linen are included. The home is fully air conditioned. There are 4 TVs, DVD, VCR and CD equipment. The telephone service allows free local calls. The very best feature of our home is outside. There is an extra large screened deck looking onto conservation woodland. The pool has optional heat and its own Jacuzzi spa. There is a removable screen fence across the deck for keeping small children away from the pool. There really is ample space for soaking up the sun and outdoor dining. Our local management company provide a friendly and helpful 24 hour service and we can even arrange a welcome pack of groceries ready for your arrival. Orlando Attractions The location of Cumbrian Lakes makes travel to the many attractions in the area a breeze. Around 10 minutes to the Disney theme parks and within easy reach of Universal, Sea World, Wet & Wild and Gatorland. Golf Central Florida is an unrivalled centre for year round golf. Dozens of courses to suit all standards and some superb deals! That’s Not All! Fantastic shopping is close at hand, WalMart is just minutes away. There is a huge choice of restaurants on Highway 192 and in nearby Celebration township offering everything from international standard cuisine to wonderful value family dining. Don’t forget that an easy drive will take you to some of Florida’s true gems. You can easily visit The Everglades, The Florida Keys, the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico, Miami or perhaps St Augustine – the oldest town in America.
