Hope Villa has been designed to accomodate large parties whether they be groups of families or golfers looking to challenge the many golf courses near by. The Villa is furnished in a contemporary style with comfortable couches in the family room and living room. Large dining table for the family to enjoy The kitchen is adequately equipped with, microwave; fridge freezer with built in icemaker, self-cleaning oven, toaster and a waste disposal unit. Your laundry needs are fully catered for in the utility room with both washing machine and dryer. An iron and board are also provided. 5 TV's are provided throughout the villa all with cable access along with a dvd player to watch the latest movies. There is a telephone with free local calls. For relaxation in the hot Florida sun, Hope Villa has an extended lanai to the full width of the property, to accommodate all the family. Pool furniture is also provided to enjoy the views of the lake and forest, which also increases privacy for you and the family. If the sun is too strong for you, you could always have a dip in the upgraded pool and spa, which is heated if you so wish. The villa is southwest facing so the lanai and pool is exposed to the sun for most of the day. If you require further amenities, Emerald Island comes with its own 4000 sq ft clubhouse. Within the clubhouse there is a fully equipped gym, free internet access, video arcade room, TV room with free coffee, giant heated pool and volleyball court.
