It is rare in the area to experience a pool that is not overlooked. Disney World is only 10 minutes away, and the home provides a perfect base for whichever of the many and varied attractions you decide to visit.
The South facing patio, swimming pool and spa provide dawn to dusk sunshine. Ample high quality patio furniture is available for your comfort. Also, an outdoor WC and shower have been installed for your convenience. There is a sheltered area with outdoor fan if the sun gets too hot! A gas BBQ is provided by the pool.
We have furnished the home to provide a very high standard of comfort, while maintaining a practical and informal ambiance. There is a comfortable lounge, dining area and sitting rooms. Seating for 10 with the two tables. We also have a PlayStation 3 that will play High Definition, Blue Ray DVD’s on the 46” HD Flat screen TV. The living room is furnished with Tommy Bahama luxury furniture. After a hard day at the Parks relax with your feet up on one of our luxury leather reclining sofas. We have for your enjoyment HD Satellite and wireless internet.
There are 5 bedrooms; two, identical king-sized master bedrooms with double en-suite bathrooms. One opens to the pool area, the other has a private balcony overlooking the pool, lake and surrounding countryside. The en-suites have ‘his & hers’ wash hand basins and walk-in wardrobes in addition to WC, large bath and shower. Both rooms have cable TV.
Two themed bedrooms; one “Disney Princess” room and one “Pirates of the Caribbean” room will appeal to the children amongst us! The Princess beds have super comy pilow top mattrasses that give you the feeling of sleeping in the clouds. The fifth bedroom is a twin. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and TV’s with cable. There are two additional full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned with additional, variable speed ceiling fans.
With the two Master Suites the home is ideal for two families wishing to share the costs of a holiday and experience the wonders of Walt Disney World and the endless alternative attractions and Parks.
A dream, open plan American Kitchen with all the appliances you could wish for, including a fantastic fridge freezer that provides constant ice, and cold filtered drinking water. There is an additional dining table in the breakfast nook overlooking the pool area.
For your convenience there is a utility room with, extra large, heavy duty high efficiency steam washing machine and tumble drier plus a sink with hot and cold water, leading to the double garage.
