INTRODUCTION: Lakerise Villa, completed in early 2008, is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa on the delightful Calabay Parc at Tower Lake community. This is a new development of superb quality homes situated in a beautiful peaceful location overlooking a natural lake beside Highway 27, southwest of Orlando and Walt Disney World, yet only minutes by road from the many attractions of central Florida, the World's Top Vacation Destination! Highway 27 provides rapid direct access to Disney (20 minutes), and, via Interstate 4, to all the other Parks and attractions of Central Florida, together with the Atlantic and Gulf coasts, both of which are about one hour's drive away, and to Orlando International and Orlando (Sanford) International Airports which are about 45 minutes and 75 minutes respectively by road. The Highway 27 and I4 corridors are subject to much ongoing development, so there are many shopping opportunities, golf courses, restaurants, banks, gas stations and so on within a short distance by car. Tower Lake itself has a boating ramp and fishing pier for residents' use, and a Clubhouse is expected to be completed by Summer 09. The estate is gated, with entry by code number, for residents' security. LAKERISE VILLA: Our villa features the largest 5 Bedroom design on the estate, with well over 3,000 sq ft of living space, of which over 2,700 is air conditioned. It has been furnished and equipped in luxurious Floridian style to an impeccable standard with complementary lighting and wall decoration, as a home from home for the owners and discerning guests. Villa features include: An extended, fully screened pool deck which is (unlike most) truly south-facing and basks in the sun all day long. It is surrounded and shaded by palm trees and other tropical plants for ambience and privacy. Pool side furniture comprises ample sun-loungers and a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. A variety of pool toys are stored in a large deck box. The large L-shaped pool and the spa can be gas heated in the cooler months. They are enclosed by a removable pool fence for the safety of children. The pool and spa can be illuminated after dark for that truly tropical feeling. The spacious bright and airy central lounge has an 11ft high ceiling and a huge triple sliding picture window opening into the large shaded lanai next to the pool deck. Both lounge and lanai have ceiling fans. The separate formal dining area with table seating six is adjacent to the lounge. The five fully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms have walk-in closets/wardrobes and bedside radio/alarm clocks. They have ample drawer and hanging space for however long you wish to stay. There are three luxurious master bedrooms; two king on the ground floor and one queen on the upper floor. All are ensuite; each bathroom has a double-sized walk-in shower, storage cupboards and a hair dryer. The grand master ensuite also has a large corner bath, his and her basins, and the bedroom has a private door to the lanai for that early morning or late night swim. The two twin bedrooms, also on the upper floor, share a Jack and Jill bathroom with an over-bath shower. For relaxing entertainment after a long hot day at the parks, the lounge is equipped with a 52" Sony Bravia HD LCD TV, a Sony Home Theatre DVD/CD/Radio system plus a multitude of cable TV channels. The second lounge or den is also equipped with a Sony Bravia HD LCD TV (40") plus DVD/CD player, an X-Box 360 games system, and cable TV. The three master suites each have a Sony 20" HD LCD TV and DVD/CD player with cable TV. The twin bedrooms each have combined HDTV/DVD players and cable TV. For guests' pleasure and convenience a small library of DVDs, X-box games, board games and books is provided. There is also a large dedicated games room with 8' pool table, 7' air hockey table, table football (foosball), with seating and table for refreshments. At the top of the stairs there is a quiet area or loft with an easy chair and writing desk. A desk top PC and high speed wireless internet access are provided: you can bring your own laptop if you wish. The fully equipped kitchen opens from the lounge: it has a range cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, food disposal unit, side-by-side American fridge/freezer with ice and cold drinks dispensers, and a walk-in pantry. A breakfast bar with three stools separates the kitchen from the nook, an additional dining area with table and four chairs, opening via double French doors into the lanai. The separate utility room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer. Child friendly features include a travel cot/crib, high chair, stair gates, children's dishes, extra inflatable children's beds and soft cuddly toys. For residents' security and reassurance the villa has a remote-monitored alarm system with PIR, window and door sensors. The services and support of an excellent local management company are available 24/7. What's Included? The quoted rental cost includes the whole villa (and is not per person), cleaning at the end of guests' stay, and also all linens, towels (including pool towels), local and national phone calls within the USA and Canada, cable TV and high speed wireless internet access, plus all taxes. It does not include pool heat, for which there is an extra charge.
