Our villa is situated in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve on US27. It is only 15 minutes from Disney's main entrance and only 5 minutes from the US192 with its' many restaurants and shops. There are also bars and restuarants within a 5-10 minute walk of our villa. Highland Reserve has set the standard for future developments in the area. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and comprises, large great room (living room) with sofa bed, 2 master bedrooms with en suite, 2 twin bedrooms sharing bathroom and south east facing private screened swimming pool (which keeps the bugs out but lets the sun in). Our villa is ideal for 2 families sharing. Our south east facing swimming pool and pool deck are a great place to relax. Sun loungers, table and chairs have been provided for your comfort. Sit back, soak up the sun, read a book or have fun in the pool, the choice is yours. This is the place to wind down and recharge your batteries after long days at the theme parks. For those who would rather have shade there is a covered lanai with ceiling fan. Consider taking advantage of our pool heater from October to April as the water can get a little cool during these months. We have a games room to keep you amused when you decide to spend some time at the villa and it consists of Pool Table, Air Hockey, 2 Player Basket Ball Game and Darts Board.
