Esprit is a quiet residential community built around a 9 hole golf course located at Polo Park East. It is just off of highway 27 and only moments from it's junction with highway 192. The Disney World complex is just 15 minutes away and the Disney fireworks can be seen from the villa each evening. Our comfortable villa overlooks the golf course to the rear and is the ideal base from which to enjoy all of the attraction of Central Florida. There are several challenging golf courses within a few minutes drive. The villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area leading thru sliding doors to the pool. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and ironing fascilities. The dining area and adjacent lounge provide a relaxing environment for formal or casual dining and comfortably seats eight poeple. The living room has a 50inch TV with the latest fibreoptic TV system boasting over 250 TV and music channels. These are available on all of the other three TVs in the villa. The property can comfortably sleep eight people. There are two double bedrooms; the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom with the second double bedroom. It is possible to sleep an extra two poeple, if necessary, using the sprung sofabed. All bed linen is supplied. Both bathrooms have showers, and towels and hairdryers are provided. The garage has been converted into a games room with airhockey, TV, playstation, darts and board games.
