If you are not familiar with Cumbrian Lakes it is is an executive luxury gated resort. As you drive into the entrance you will be impressed with lovely trees and beautiful lighted and running water fountains. The resort has four lovely lakes, walking trails along which you will possibly see blue heron, osprey and cranes, there is a childrens playground and soccer field. The resort is located within 15 to 20 minutes of all the Disney Parks and many other attractions including restaurants, grocery stores and shopping which are within 1 to 2.5 miles of the resort.
Our lovely villa has a large pool which can be heated in the winter months, overlooks a conservation area with comfortable pool deck furniture for your lounging pleasure. There is a half bath and shower by the pool.
The villa was built in 2004 and offers luxury accomodations for up to 10 people.
The villa contains 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed, 2 walk in closets, 2 washbasins, large tub and huge separate shower with an enclosed toilet. The second master has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a Jack and Jill bath with a tub. There are hairdryers and TVs in all the bedrooms. Linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
The beautifully furnished living/dining area has a comfortable queen size sofa bed, love seat and lounge chair, TV and DVD player, large book case with many books are available for your enjoyment.
Luxury kitchen with every modern convenience with coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator with automatic ice maker and garbage disposal. Gas barbeque available outside lanai and pool.
Game room with pool table and foosball. Separate laundry area with washer and dryer.
