The entire villa is centrally air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable living and sleeping environment even at the height of summer.
You could not be in a much better location, so quiet you would never believe you are only 2 to 3 minutes from junction 55 of interstate 4 on the Highway 27 south of Disney, here you will find a new shopping centre called Posner Common. From this junction you can travel direct down the I4 10 minutes to the main Disney entrance to the parks, and a further 10 to 15 minutes down the I4 will take you to all the other major parks in the Orlando area .From junction 55 north/west 55 minutes will take you to Busch gardens and a little further to the Gulf coast. You are also close to shops, restaurants and other attractions related to Orlando. For the golf enthusiasts our villa is within easy reach of major golf courses.
The modern open plan living room with cathedral ceilings has easy access to the pool area, two comfortable sofas (one of which easily converts to a double bed), occasional tables and a cable TV / VCR / DVD and a stereo radio / CD player making it the ideal place to relax after a busy day at the parks.
The kitchen is open plan and has been fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge / freezer (with icemaker), washing machine and tumble dryer. All kitchen equipment, including cutlery, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided.
There is a breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining area and table with 6 additional chairs.
The sleeping accommodation includes 2 large and attractive bedrooms, each having Queen size beds, built in wardrobes and additional drawer space. The Master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. Both of the Master bedrooms have TV's with cable.
Both main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom both have access to the pool area which is ideal for showering after swimming.
The other two bedrooms which are attractively decorated for children have 2 single beds in each, built in wardrobes, and have a separate family bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV’s with cable.
Games room has a full size pool table, air hockey and electronic darts.
