Situated on the peaceful and private community of Santa Cruz in Davenport, just a short 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World, located on US Highway 27, One mile South from US Highway 192 with GREAT restaurants, theme parks, and shopping center.

This home was custom decorated by the owners. Furnished to a high standard, it features four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master suite with 1 king bed at downstairs. 1 Queen Beds, 1 Full bed, and 2 Twin Beds are upstairs. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the hallway closet. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, range cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher.
The 192 is only minutes by car where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, plus more supermarkets, gift shops, electrical shops etc. We have a professional and dedicated manager who lives just few miles away and always accessible. We strives to make our home a comfortable and affordable alternative for your Walt Disney World vacation.
Our home is 5 min drive to Wal-Mart and Publix center and to local fitness center or gym.
