Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds.
There is a double garage which also houses a large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The family room has two 3 seater sofas, a 32" TV, video and CD player video and DVD players - direct access to the pool deck through sliding doors.
The second bathroom is between bedrooms 2 and 3. There is full air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort.
On the pool deck is a lanai (covered area) to sit under for shelter from the sun or occasional rain.
